Amazon is hiring a full-time Process Assistant for its Rural Super Rural (RSR) last-mile operations team in Escanaba, Michigan. The role requires in-role training at an operating site for at least five weeks, with travel accommodations paid by Amazon, and involves managing department duties, allocating labor, tracking metrics, coaching associates, maintaining SOP compliance, supporting operational excellence, and providing area-manager vacation coverage. The position requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible scheduling including weekends, nights, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
