Description
The Application Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues across critical business systems, monitor performance, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to process and tool improvements. The role requires AWS proficiency, cloud architecture knowledge, application monitoring and performance tuning experience, incident-management and troubleshooting knowledge, and at least 5 years of AWS experience, with a stated minimum of 7.5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at the Bengaluru office.
