UChicago Medicine is hiring an onsite Ambulatory Nursing Supervisor to provide unified nursing leadership and direct supervision across Comer Children's Hospital and the Cottage Grove Avenue Clinic, overseeing pediatric and adult specialty practices. The role manages staffing and HR activities, patient flow, triage and Epic documentation, quality and safety programs, staff training and competency compliance, patient concerns, infection control, supplies, and nursing communication workflows. It is a full-time daytime position based at the Pediatrics Subspecialty Clinic in Hyde Park, requiring a BSN, Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and at least five years of nursing experience including two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
