The role oversees new product introduction, capacity planning, capital investments, equipment launches, project performance, risk resolution, and operational excellence initiatives across global operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of automotive program management experience, NPI experience, manufacturing engineering knowledge, stakeholder-management experience, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and fluent English. The position offers a hybrid work environment with two days from home per week.
