Description
The Manufacturing Engineer leads engineering projects that improve manufacturing safety, productivity, and process performance by enhancing equipment and production processes, introducing new machinery or technologies, and resolving production bottlenecks. The role supports manufacturing and capital projects, develops and improves tooling and processes, coordinates cross-functional solutions, and maintains technical records using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Windows. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, three to five years of related engineering and project management experience, CAD proficiency, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and solve operational problems. The position works primarily in an office setting with occasional plant exposure.
