Description
The Procurement Manager oversees and directs procurement of components, materials, MRO, and contracted services; manages purchase orders, inventory, supplier relationships, sourcing, contracts, KPIs, and material planning; and leads and develops the purchasing team. The role requires at least seven years of procurement or supply chain experience, including two years in a supervisory or lead purchasing capacity in a manufacturing environment, along with knowledge of ERP/MRP, forecasting, transportation, and inventory management. The position is primarily office-based but routinely requires exposure to the plant floor.
