American Beauty is hiring hosts to provide a welcoming and organized guest experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them through the restaurant, maintaining service standards, food safety and sanitation, phone etiquette, and resolving difficult situations. Candidates should have at least one year of host experience, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules, and flexible availability.
