Innovative Initiatives, Inc. is recruiting a full-time American Connection Corps (ACC) AmeriCorps Member to support community outreach and engagement across rural communities. Under staff supervision, the Member will assist with outreach campaigns, partner and stakeholder engagement, community events, listening tours, surveys, feedback collection, resource directories, communications, and organizing engagement data. The service term runs from September 8, 2026, through August 13, 2027, for approximately 40 hours per week and 1,700 total service hours. The role includes structured training, a $33,000 living stipend, a $7,395 Segal Education Award, healthcare if applicable, childcare benefits, and student loan forbearance; it is neither remote nor part-time.
