The American Pride Liaison will connect veterans, families, and the community with hospice care and veteran-centered programs in Dayton, Ohio. The role involves building relationships with veteran organizations, developing community partnerships, coordinating recognition and Honor Flight programs, supporting veteran events, and collaborating with clinical, marketing, volunteer, foundation, and business development teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field, hospice or community outreach experience, veteran or military experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance are sought.
