Mintos is hiring an AML Analyst (CDD Reviews) to conduct Customer Due Diligence reviews for new and existing legal entity customers across Europe and other jurisdictions under Latvian AML/CTF requirements. The role involves risk assessment, PEP, sanctions, adverse media, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth analysis, evidence-based decisions, and support for AML processes and compliance culture. Candidates need at least two years of AML experience, legal-entity due-diligence experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
