Description
Nu is hiring an AML/CFT Ops Analyst to investigate transactional alerts, determine suspicious activity, conduct end-to-end AML investigations, prepare regulatory-quality case files, and tune transaction monitoring scenarios and thresholds. The role also involves building monitoring metrics, partnering with governance and cross-functional teams, and applying network analysis to crypto and virtual asset flows. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of AML experience, hands-on investigation and network-analysis experience, crypto or blockchain analytics experience, and advanced Spanish and English. The position is fully onsite in Bogotá, Colombia.
