WorldFirst is hiring an AML Operations Manager to own day-to-day AML operational activities, including Enhanced Due Diligence, transaction monitoring, screening, data governance, exceptions and issues tracking, quality control, regulatory reporting, process optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, at least five years of AML/Compliance Operations experience including three years in a management or team-lead role, and familiarity with EU and Dutch AML frameworks and AML systems.
