HARMAN is hiring an Amplifier Test Manager in Richardson, Texas, to lead a team of 6–8 test engineers responsible for hardware, firmware, DSP, and system-level validation of high-power amplifiers, audio mixers, and other professional audio products. The role owns validation strategy and execution, test automation, reporting standards, issue management, program risk, resource allocation, and team development, and reports to the Director of Test Engineering. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of product validation or test engineering experience, and at least 3 years leading technical test teams. The position offers a salary of $108,750–$159,500, requires up to 5% travel between the United States and Mexico, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
