LGC is hiring an AmpSeq Programme Director to lead the cross-functional programme responsible for scaling AmpSeq into a globally governed, commercially reliable and operationally sustainable platform. The role oversees customer intake, design, pilot execution, kit manufacture, services delivery, BioIT, quality, supply chain, commercial readiness, product development and site implementation across Middleton, Berlin and other contributing sites. It requires strategic programme leadership, risk and KPI management, stakeholder alignment, people leadership and operational improvement, with periodic visits to laboratory, manufacturing and service environments. The position requires a life sciences or related degree or equivalent experience, significant cross-functional programme leadership experience, and current U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
