Description
The Amusements Supervisor leads and supports Amusements Attendants while overseeing arcade, laser tag, and escape room operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supervising team members; maintaining a clean, stocked, and safe gaming floor; managing inventory, supplies, and equipment repairs; coordinating promotions and events; operating the POS system; and handling opening, closing, and incident-response duties. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in amusements, hospitality, or entertainment, along with communication, leadership, organization, Microsoft Office, and POS skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
