A People Operations vacancy at Creditas focuses on end-to-end payroll operations, including monthly payroll, advances, social charges, eSocial filings, INSS, FGTS, IR, E-consignado, DIRF, collective agreements, variable-pay validation, payroll audits, and coordination with Finance, Accounting, and suppliers.
