The role analyzes and develops people-management and training and development actions, identifies training needs, oversees programs such as internships and leadership initiatives, supports personnel budgeting and data analysis, manages personnel-system requests, and improves quality and excellence processes. It requires a complete degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, plus experience in training and development and corporate education programs.
