The Process Analyst will map, redesign, implement, and continuously improve internal business processes; manage change and workflow/BPMS tools; develop process indicators and dashboards; automate workflows; coordinate integrations; support and validate automated solutions; and train support teams. The role requires a related degree, process-development and change-management experience, workflow and BPMS automation skills, performance-analysis ability, and problem-solving capability.
