Description
The role is an Operational Control and Business Intelligence Manager responsible for creating and managing the national operational control tower for home-care services, developing operational and financial indicators, planning supply and demand, monitoring key performance indicators, controlling logistics costs, and supporting strategic projects. It requires higher education, data and operational analysis, business analysis, communication, advanced Office skills, and Power BI or similar knowledge; prior home-care experience is desirable. The position is based in São Paulo (Pinheiros) with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office and includes health, development, transportation, and performance-bonus benefits.
