Description
The role focuses on IT governance, infrastructure process auditing, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, operational KPI monitoring, and compliance with security and quality standards. It requires IT governance knowledge based on ITIL v4 or higher, Lean iT, and COBIT, along with a complete or in-progress Information Technology degree and ITIL Foundation 4 or higher; a minimum 40-hour IT governance course or certification is required, while Lean iT is desirable.
