A BTS is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager in Estoril, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The role partners with leadership on people management, leads recruitment and selection, develops talent strategies, supports organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor compliance, culture, and HR transformation projects. The position requires at least three years of generalist HR experience, strong recruitment and selection experience, knowledge of HR metrics, and a degree in a relevant field.
