Description
The Team Schein Member (TSM) provides customer service through telephone and/or WhatsApp, handles orders and protocols, analyzes client situations, resolves issues, reduces repeat contacts, maintains complete records, and collaborates with other areas. The role requires completed secondary education and customer-service experience, with remote-service experience preferred. It is a full-time, in-person position in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, with a Monday-Friday 10:00–19:00 schedule and Saturday 09:00–13:00 schedule, and includes health, dental, PLR, and other benefits.
