Description
The Workplace Safety and Health Specialist will manage health-benefit compliance, operational leave coordination, eSocial and SOC documentation, CIPA coordination, accident investigations, regulatory notifications, workplace inspections, and related People Ops support. The role requires an active MTE safety technician registration, practical eSocial and SOC knowledge, CIPA election and meeting experience, and the ability to conduct workplace inspections and organize legal documentation. It is based in São Paulo with a hybrid arrangement requiring three to four office visits per week.
