The employer is hiring an Insurance Claims Agent to handle telephone claims for automobile, residential, business, condominium, and real estate policies; open and follow claims through completion; assist customers with 24-hour assistance and documentation; communicate claim progress and required payments; analyze loss data and police reports; and answer questions from policyholders and third parties.
