Description
The Hybrid Cloud Support Analyst will provide specialized technical support for private and public cloud environments, monitor cloud service performance, resolve availability and performance issues, collaborate with IT and engineering teams, support internal users, develop technical documentation, conduct performance and security testing, participate in incident response, and ensure compliance with Claranet policies. The role requires a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, intermediate English, and experience or training in cloud administration, private-cloud support, and cloud security; cloud certifications are desirable.
