Description
The Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead will define, execute, and deliver next-generation high-speed interconnect silicon, leading an analog/mixed-signal design team through architecture, design, verification, tape-out, and bring-up. The role requires hands-on expertise in SerDes front-ends, serial links beyond 10 Gbps, optical drivers, ADCs, DACs, and advanced CMOS or SOI design, along with experience managing external contractors and IP vendors. The position requires a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or an M.S. with 8+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience, and multiple successful tape-outs in advanced CMOS nodes.
