Description
Micron Technology is seeking a memory layout engineer to contribute to the design, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits; perform parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, tape-out revisions, floor-planning, placement, routing, and verification; and collaborate with manufacturing, test, process integration, and product engineering groups. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering and 12–15 years of experience with DDR5, LPDDR5, LPDDR6, HBM3, or another memory-related field.
