ST is hiring an Analog Design Manager to lead the analog and architecture team in Pavia. The role covers PHY projects for microcontroller applications from architecture through physical implementation, system-level specification, tool and methodology selection, team management, and future hiring. Candidates need a master’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field, more than 10 years of analog design experience including multi-Gbps SERDES and PHYs, knowledge of Virtuoso, Spectre, Matlab, and Simulink, and strong project and team-management skills. The expected gross annual salary is €60,000–€75,000 plus variable pay.
