The role directs research and technical design activities, guides physical designers and IC layout, collaborates with verification, product engineering, test engineering, systems, application, and marketing teams, supports customer and field-sales interactions, and participates in hiring and personnel development. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and XX years of relevant experience are required.
