Description
Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog IC Design Lead to lead an Analog IC design team and own products from definition through release and manufacturing. The role directs research and technical design activities, guides physical designers and IC layout, collaborates with verification, product engineering, test engineering, systems, application, and marketing teams, supports customer and field-sales interactions, and participates in hiring and personnel development. The position requires a master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience; power electronics, DC-DC converter design, high-current LDMOS layout, stakeholder communication, and analytical problem-solving are preferred.
