Synopsys is seeking a senior SerDes analog layout leader to deliver high-speed analog layouts in advanced process nodes, own execution quality and technical risk, improve layout methodology and automation, and mentor layout engineers. The role may involve managing a team or serving as a principal technical authority, with responsibilities spanning floorplanning, matching, shielding, ESD integration, physical verification, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
