Description
The Analysis and Reporting Analyst will manage lease and facility data for Citizens Bank’s retail portfolio of more than 1,000 locations across 15 states and Washington DC. The role partners with brokerage, facility management, and business-line stakeholders; maintains retail-site records; builds leasing KPIs; forecasts rent and operating expense changes; and produces leasing-activity reports. A bachelor’s degree is required, while Accruent/Lucernex and iOffice experience is a plus. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a stated annual salary of $81,000 to $109,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
