DarkStar Intelligence is hiring an A&R (Analysis & Reporting) Training Developer to develop and enhance intelligence-training programs for the Intelligence Community. The role involves documenting training needs, sourcing classified and unclassified content, creating instructional materials for transcription, translation, and analysis, using audio and video tools to build blended learning experiences, designing assessments, and collaborating with instructors, government stakeholders, and contractor teams. Candidates must have U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of Instructional Systems Design experience, and nine years of total experience including five years of SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience and three years of training-material development experience. The position pays $75,000–$85,000 annually and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
