Altisource is hiring an REO Property Preservation Manager to oversee the preservation of vacant real estate properties, including reverse mortgage foreclosures. The role coordinates inspections, security, clean-outs, landscaping, winterization, life-safety measures, documentation, and transitions to asset managers and other departments. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field, knowledge of reverse mortgage foreclosure procedures, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with PPW and Resnet applications.
