Vanden is hiring a full-time permanent IT Business Analyst & Low-Code Developer in Hong Kong to identify inefficient business processes, map workflows, and build practical low-code solutions. The role combines business analysis with hands-on development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Replit, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, including automation, dashboards, system implementation support, data migration, vendor coordination, and user training. Candidates should have around three or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business improvement, IT operations, or a similar role, along with low-code experience, Microsoft ecosystem familiarity, process and data knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
