Description
Lument is hiring analysts for its 12-month Associate Development Program at its Columbus, Ohio and New York City offices. The program trains recent undergraduate candidates and those with 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, credit analysis, and Lument products, with exposure to multifamily, affordable, and seniors housing. Participants will support leveraged finance, private financings, M&A, and financial advisory transactions through deal execution, credit analysis, underwriting support, and presentations, with permanent placement in one of the business groups after the program. The program requires residence in New York or Columbus, Ohio, and offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 gross annually in New York, plus bonuses, health insurance, retirement benefits, and other rewards.
