Crédit Agricole CIB is hiring a permanent Analyst/Associate - Securitization in New York to support the execution and management of existing securitization transactions and assist with new transactions funded in asset-backed commercial paper or asset-backed security markets. The role involves credit analysis and financial modelling, transaction structuring, client and counterpart negotiation, covenant monitoring, cash-flow modelling, presentations, due diligence, and transaction booking. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years of experience, at least 1–2 years of securitization experience, strong Excel and VBA skills, and fluent English; the salary range is $100,000–$140,000.
