Description
As an Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate within Scout’s M&A Group, you will support the origination, evaluation, negotiation, and closing of acquisitions of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects. The role involves evaluating development teams and projects quantitatively and qualitatively, managing the data room, conducting analyses, coordinating third-party reviews, and developing financial models. You will also engage strategically with the Development team to free up resources for greenfield and mid-to-late stage development, contributing to successful deal negotiations and closures.
