Enpal is hiring a Growth Manager to own operational and strategic initiatives in Offline Growth, identify and develop new projects, create strategies, and execute them with a customer-focused and entrepreneurial approach. The role works closely with management, supports strategic decisions, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, and Brand. Candidates should have initial work experience or internships at a fast-growing company or in management consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The position is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain and uses a hybrid working model.
