Cabify is hiring an Analyst for its Fleet Development team within the Spain structure. The role supports the growth and operational capacity of ride-hailing operators by maintaining partner relationships, developing retention and activation strategies, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking license targets, monitoring partner performance, analyzing CRM data, building operational dashboards, and identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should have experience in customer acquisition and management, partner or customer relationship building, data-driven decision-making, KPI and dashboard work, CRM systems, and office tools, with an interest in technology and AI.
