Description
The Process Improvement Analyst will support Fleet Operations by improving and scaling operations, documenting playbooks, creating new processes, and prioritizing improvement requests from ZPTs, ZPRGs, and operator-error-caused ADPIES events. The role collaborates with BaseOps, RemoteOps, Product, and Engineering teams, provides bi-weekly stakeholder updates, and works hands-on with robots. It is a 06+ month, three-days-per-week on-site position in Foster City, California, paying $45-$51 per hour on W2.
