KURV Industrial is hiring a Real Estate Analyst to support the real estate investment lifecycle across its Investments, Asset Management, and Investment Management teams. The role involves Excel and Argus modeling, due diligence, investment memoranda, fund reporting, capital-partner coordination, compliance, and portfolio operations, leasing, and disposition support. It is based primarily in KURV’s Downtown Chicago office, with occasional travel to the Rosemont office and up to 20% travel expected. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related discipline, 0–2 years of relevant experience or education, strong Excel and analytical skills, and offers salary, bonus potential, a 401(k) match, benefits, and paid time off.
