The analyst will manage complex problem resolution, coordinate project efforts, optimize business processes, and translate customer needs into actionable improvements.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience managing complex problem resolution and designing automation solutions.

Experience optimizing business processes to establish standardization and best practices.
Ability to translate customer needs into clear process improvement objectives and implement them.
