NAB is hiring a permanent Business Lending Operations Analyst in Gurugram, India. The role owns complex customer requests and issues end to end, manages business loan requests through processing and closure, validates financials and loan documentation, updates systems, and collaborates with bankers, credit teams, and cross-functional operations. Candidates need 4–7 years of business lending operations experience, knowledge of the lending lifecycle, and exposure to queues, prioritisation, and escalations.
