Description
Scout's M&A Group is seeking an Analyst to support the origination, evaluation, negotiation, and closing of acquisitions of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects. The role involves evaluating development teams and projects quantitatively and qualitatively, managing the data room, conducting key analyses, coordinating third-party reviews, and developing financial models. The analyst will also integrate feedback from Scout teams, implement company strategies, mine ISO/RTO queues for potential targets, research market changes, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.
