Description
The Analyst will provide commercial analytical support for property investments, business plans, reporting, new business opportunities, and investor queries. Responsibilities include property investment analysis, financial and sensitivity modeling, due diligence, market research, forecasting, business planning, commercial model maintenance, and supporting investment decisions. The role requires experience in property, fund management, or valuations, a tertiary qualification in property or a relevant field, strong numeracy and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; financial modeling and technical analysis are desirable but not essential.
