Description
The Client Representative provides administrative and client-facing support for an account management team, handling enrollment inquiries, compliance deliverables, eligibility and enrollment issues, technology solutions, plan documents, carrier and client contact changes, marketing requests, outsourcing tasks, and client communications. The role requires 1–2 years of benefits experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, adaptability, and a resident Department of Insurance Life License or completion within three months of the start date. Compensation is $68,000–$88,000 USD annually plus an annual short-term incentive bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
