Description
The Business Analyst role analyzes business processes, develops data-driven problem statements and business cases, monitors analyst contributions, documents procedures and training materials, and leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The role also prepares reports and dashboards, supports compliance, participates in storm restoration and drills, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, three years of relevant analytical experience, knowledge of electric utility business processes and IT systems, and a valid driver’s license.
