Description
The BaSE Specialist supports UPS Building and Systems Engineering by managing small projects and overseeing outside contractors, assisting with complex construction and facility-modification projects, and helping supervisors manage large-scale conveyor installations and package-sorting equipment. Responsibilities include bid evaluation, project scheduling, construction inspections, cost control, project documentation, process-improvement design, and support for conveyor and facility maintenance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, English and native-language communication, 2D AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to travel and work weekends.
