Description

The Procurement Business Analyst ensures that ICU Medical's business processes and Oracle EBS Procurement systems align with business owner needs. They act as a bridge between IT and business users, identifying and documenting requirements, triaging issues, and implementing improvements. The role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders to develop and execute solutions, requiring deep knowledge of internal business and procurement processes like Inventory, BOM, and WIP.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EBS Procurement modules
Preferred Qualifications: Experience / understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts
Awareness of the technology organization and business and technology strategy
Basic understanding of ICU’s business practices, and familiarity with the company’s products and services
Prior experience in Procurement systems implementations preferred (ideally Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Purchasing, Payables, Inventory, WIP, Item & BOM)
Experience Vendor Managed inventory Process (VMI)
Experience in 3PL model with EDI solution (856, 944 and Inventory related documents)
Thorough understanding and experience on Intercompany processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
